I have seen these on the web for donkeys years, and I have always wondered what they are, and what they are for? Can anyone put me out of my misery???

1/32 scale Snow machine.
One of the "other people veiwed" is a-
JC2011 snow cannon TF 10 techno Alpin wheel chassis 1:32 new in orig. box
Guess 1/32 is the scale used by model skiers.
