Cheap antenna for Panther F

Hi Guys.
Havent been able to find any post of this topic (I am only on my phone at the moment)
Can someone on here please advise me?
I just received a Panther F and want to put on an antenna.
I need instructions on where it should be placed on the rear deck, as this is a paper Panzer.
And how can a make one myself? Need it to be flexible at the bottom so it wont snag

I think he was asking where to locate it on the hull. The Thomas L Jentz book shows it in the same location as the G, I.e. Next to the left deck fan.

The antenna tapers so probably not worth it

Does anyone know whether this antenna ought to be painted a certain colour? I want to fit one to my Tiger (I assume it also works for the Tiger 1?), but am not sure about its historical colour. All black or just as it is?

On the B&W pictures it looks black
