Found someone selling 4:1 gearboxes with Jamara 480 motors (link below)- These could make my Pershing quite fast! Only thing is that the Jamara motors seem a fair bit longer and am not sure if they'd fit in a Pershing. The seller originally had them in a Panther - Does anyone who have both a Panther and Pershing know how the two tank widths at the gearbox section compare? Looking at a picture provided by the seller, these would fit a Pershing stock but this might not be the case with the beefier motors.

Additionally, I'm only using the Taigen 2.4Ghz electronics with the fan so am not sure how heavy of a load it can take. With the higher amp draw of the 480s I don't know if the board can survive that.... Anyone ever try it?

Based in Germany so that shouldn't be a problem. I should mention that somewhere on my profile, lol.

If you go to your User Control Panel and click on profile, there is a Location field. You can be as brief or as detailed as you want.
