Hello all,

I know this may come as a really stupid question: but how do you upload pictures to a forum post?

I know you just have to use the "add attachment / media" button and all - but it just seems like the pictures are just too big to upload.
Is there any way to reduce picture size without killing quality (compressing them seems to make them a blurry mess).

I find changing the resolution on my camera works best, saves you having to downsize the picture as much, when uploading to the forum.

What res and aspect size do you normally use?

2592x1944(4:3) I resize slightly in imgur tho.

Hm, I tried reducing MP and aspect all the way down to about 1.3MP (4:3). Image size still remains about 3MB give or take a few KB.
I'll try resizing with an external application; till then I shall continue to use Drive links.

This picture taken recently of one of my tanks..its been uploaded without any editing in Imgur 2592x1944(4:3) 5MP

All I did with this series of pictures was upload the pics to Imgur, save, then copy the link for boards and forums and paste here. Takes a few seconds as no resizing is needed.

God-damn that KV-2 looks really good.
