I couldn't help thinking that as I don't speak Russian they could have been arguing about the price of tractors in there.

No i dont understand either. I took the clips from a you Tube posting called russian radio chatter,im Pretty sure its military as you can hear gun fire in the back ground. But for sure they could be organising a car boot sale or arguing about the price of tractors.
