Somebody stop me, A 10 inch long 27 MHz plastic VW Camper and only £1100, and beside it on the strap line the same thing in red is going for £19.99 so what's that about ?

It'll be out of stock and they've put the price up to save removing the listing fee. Pretty common on eBay, we seem to get one of these threads every few weeks
