IBU 2 recoil/gun flash issue

Loving the IBU 2 in my tiger, however there is quite a big delay between the muzzle flash and the recoil. Is this normal and can it be changed?

Thanks Jon

Check with Ian or MichealC on the forum. MichealC set mine up for the Panzer III and it works perfectly. I'm sure it can be adjusted best of luck

Flash on the Taigen with standard wiring is triggered by a micro switch which activates when the barrel is fully recoiled so there will always be a delays

My delay is the other way round, flash then recoil, as the gun flash is direct from the IBU 2 board.

Maybe try setting the RecoilTImeDigital to different value and see if that helps ? I think default is 500.

With the IBU2 is it possible to stop the tank from 'jerking' backwards when the main gun is fired. In real life there is no way firing the main gun causes the chassis to move.

I have not bought one yet. I just want to make sure that what ever I do buy it can be set so that there is no body or track movement when the main gun is fired, just like a real Leopard. I know the Tamiya is like this it is rather expensive and my modeller skills are not really up to one of those. I'm getting old and fingers no longer work as well as they used to!
