Good morning.
Literally just joined. Got my first really basic Heng Long Tiger 1 from ebay about a month ago, then found a part finished project, again on ebay, ended up with enough bits to assemble another basin Heng Long Tiger 1, and a good start at a Tiger 1 upgrade, with lots of metal bits.
Really lucky, found a super chap almost on my doorstep here in Bedford UK, Dave Allerton of Forgebear, who was able to give loads of great advice, and supply bits I needed to move forward with the project.
Thanks Dave, will keep posted with progress.

Very warm welcome along mate.
Mr Forgebesr is like a "tank-pusher"
Has what you want to make you feel good
Encourages your use and facilitates your increasing addiction

!
Please put up pictures when you can, and feel free to ask questions, if it's important enough to you to ask, it's important enough for us to try and answer.
But that falls short of the riddle "understanding Women"!!!!!

When I think how over the years so many new members of the Forum have begun by telling us of the disgraceful way they were treated by "Tankzone" and other neer do wells it fills my heart with joy to hear that your first encounter with a dealer was Dave,
Almost certainly one of the best you will meet anywhere.
Welcome to the Forum

but I have to agree with "MAX" if you think you will have but two Tanks you are only kidding yourself,
We absolutely know better,
Make space in the Garage, Kitchen, Spare room and anywhere else for a deluge and make space in your Bank Balance for regular outgoings that will make your Winter energy bill look like a trip to the shops for a bag of chips.
Questions We love em,
Enjoy this place we Mostly do.
Shaun.
