HL T90 track running off

I've been testing my new HL T90 with metal tracks/idler/sprockets. Runs smooth but... Every 30 meters or so I hear a grinding noise, and the track (always on the same time) gets misaligned, see pictures. It's an easy fix, pulling the tracks back on the idler, but it's no fun to drive like that.
Any of you guys know how to fix this?

Misaligned

The way it should be.

Not having seen a T90 in the flesh, Im guessing, but I guess the roadwheel deflection allows sufficient slack momentarily for the track to slip the sprocket.
My assumption would be that to take a link out is too tight, but not to means the track derails on occasion.
A tensioner device would be ideal.
Check for misalignment of the sprocket as well, but it could be a case of track-slack.

Well I had some track to spare I guess...
So I removed 1 tracklink from each track.
Runs smooth so far, but that's indoors.
Thanks Herman!

Sweet as Mr Marco, happy to help.
Good thing on your T90 is the top run is hidden by the armoured skirts, where the WW2 period machines are normally exposed & need a drooping top run to look right.

Check out a track tensioner that way you can add slack if needed as Herman recommends

I have them on all my tanks they work very well

Did the tank arrive with the weathering/ageing effects around the hinges, and bolt heads (visible on hull just above the sprocket )? If so, HL's improvement is greater than I'd supposed. In any event- and notwithstanding teething troubles I(literally

)- it looks like a great tank

Just a tip for the future,
New tracks are stiff and anything that might disturb the run of a track such as a stiff link or a link with excess "Flashing" will be exaggerated so take them off and if you find excess "Flashing" take out that link and clean it with an emery board,
Now work the track to the point where each link in the track is free flowing,
Its a bit like checking a Motorcycle chain.
Shaun.

Not on mine, but I repainted it like a fictional Tiran-9, so I can't check if I, perhaps, missed it. Base spray paint wasn't bad at all, though.
What was more shocking was how close HL is getting to "kits". 7, or 8 bags of quite well-detailed loose parts. And an almost bare tank. My word.. They may still be "Toy-Grade, but the gap between them and -say- older tank kits, is closing. The new RX-18 made me forego immediately purchasing an IBU-2pro board for the first time in years. It is thàt good in all its simplicity.

Nah, did some experimenting myself using some washes!
I decided not to paint the tank just add lots of weathering effects like dust!
