Hi guys. I made the move today and cut away the turret sight door......cut out the fibreglass and then made the sight with a great lens fitted....the pics are to show some of the reflective shots. Now I'm looking at other hatches to open up :D Still got to paint/touch up around the door and where the lens is.

Cheers Mr Bix I'm well pleased but does need touching up but will do that in due course. I have now opened up another door now and the fibreglass was bloody thick this time......was a real mission but have now installed the detail and temporarily fitted the door back on.....will be sourcing some hinges for it...again it needs rubbing down and painting where the door was once fitted......hard work but well worth it....now need to get the paint I need !Image

Hi Guys.....ive now opened up the third hatch on the chally turret.....and boy was it a BXTCH to do ! so have to sand the edges down and spray along with the other ones once I get the paint......then I will look at fitting the relevant part into the hatch space......the fibreglass took some cutting as I could only do tiny cuts at a time......should be worth it though :D
