How many Volts is this Taigen main board cooling fan?

Might be two ways of finding out, until someone gives you a better answer then mine. Email them, or just take a volt ohmeter, unplug the fan, and measure the voltage you get there.

Yes,
measure the Voltage at the connector.
I think it will be 5V.
