Anyone ever heard of Verio Tanks?

That's the question. I stumbled across their website while trying to source a 1/6 scale MG34 so I'm wondering if anyone knows anything about them, including if they're even still in business. They look like a good source for 1/6 tanks, but I still haven't found out how much they want for one. They have a Tiger and a Panther and they say they want to be the first to build a 1/6 scale all metal King Tiger. Hasn't that been done already? Does Armortek make a 1/6 King Tiger?

Anyway, you can check out the website here

http://www.tankmodel.com/

just scroll down and click on enter here to see the whole site. What do you guys think about this outfit? They're Hong Kong based and seem to be pretty serious about RC Tanks, has anyone out there bought anything from them?

Years ago at the British Motor Show, there was a Lamborghini stand, by invitation only. The comment was "If you have to ask the price, you can't afford it". Reading the site, It looks like the tanks fall into the same category. Not saying you can't but I don't think it will be cheap.

Their last update on the Tiger says "2010 we will build 5 unit of very early metal R/C Tiger I".

That's seven years without an update, so I'd say that site is a zombie.

Adrian.

I figgered from the photos that the tanks would be rather pricey, but it's really the Puma I'm interested in.

I did notice that the last update to the site was in 2012 so that doesn't bode well for them still being a functioning business, but it would be interesting to see how much they want for the Puma, and if they ever did Marder tracks that might be a source for a better set for the Hetzer.
