Can you build this??

I got bored at school today and did some doodling during study hall, and I drew the T-57 Heavy. And it made me recall trying to make one earlier in the year, I was using wood, as a project for shop, and I got the hull made, and then got to the point of the turret. I thought of many different ways to make it, but none of which I could stick my air soft in, and still function. My question is if anyone can make one of these, and how would you propose going about doing it?

The only way that I would approach it is to make a rough styrene skeleton and then fill it and sand it until the elevation worked smoothly. As for fitting an airsoft, it would take a lot of work. The bottom of the airsoft would stick out below the turret, and when elevated would hit the rotating part. This would mean a long hole in the turret base.

It's probably more work than its worth, even with a 3D printer, it would take a lot of work to get all of the design right, so that all of the curves, hinges and elevation matched.

Hi
Do you mean the normal BB firing or proper air soft.

The turret wouldn't be too hard.

Here's an AMX turret I started some time ago (but got put on hold because of other projects)
