I have just bought from Militarymight a tiger turret with recoil and flash, has anyone got a wiring diagram so that I can connect it to the original wiring properly

silly question time it should have came with a dvd for instructions

too true about the dvd after all it costs enough
I will have a look on rcu for the topic

found the topic on rcu and have now sorted the wiring on the tiger turret with recoil
having a tamiya tank with the recoil, bang and flash I find that the HL version is a bit disappointing because you tend to miss the sound effect that the tamiya tanks make

only the kit on its own comes with the dvd for some strange reason i will have to copy it and send out with this unit.
Also you never said when purchased you were a member of this forum i would have knocked some off for you mate

a short video showing the gun recoil and flash and my bad tank driving I also took the innards out of the turrets and swapped them over apart from the gun mantle also had to fiddle with the elevation to get it to work properly but that is of no consequence

Looks good brel that re-coil doesn't look half bad 

I thought so to the red LED stays on a tad too long and I wish I knew how to get the 88mm gun firing sound effect to work

I think its a vast improvement on the normal Heng Long recoil. Was it difficult to fit? Nice

it was quite straight forward to fit, undid the 3 screws holding the top on to the lower hull then unsoldered the 3 wires on the board by the turret ring , undid the screws holding the turret ring on took off the turret and undid the 5 screws holding that together took out the air soft gun mantlet and BB feeder tray took apart the replacement turret ( it was the wrong colour )and unscrewed the recoil unit and support block for the mantlet placed them in to the original turret and reversed the proses of taking it apart to reassemble the turret then had to take it all apart again to adjust the final elevation gear to get it to work properly and then reassembled and tested before I refitted the turret onto the tiger and it works a treat
