Hey Boxerdog,
Great pics. Could I ask that you re-size them to a max of 800x600 please!?
They are extremely hard to view on a lappy, esp without a mouse.
Thanks
Phill

I do love the large scale tanks. I would love to make the jump to 1/6th eventually, if I had the money/space for one of these tanks! lol

I read on the Mark 1 website that they can be fitted to fire blanks, now that would look awesome!
Cheers,
Rik

I think that 1/6 Churchill is a scratch built.
And ... the first picture, the Tiger 1 with its turret removed, is a 1/4 Tiger 1

thats a damn shame its scrathbuild 'cos if i were to get a large scale tank it'd have to be a churchilL!

Hi,
Yes, the Churchill is scratch built, mostly of wood but you would never know it. It was created by K/R Spooner and I believe plans are available for anybody who feels adventurous. I've seen it run on several occasions and it goes really well.
I couldn't find a link for the plans, but if any interested parties give me a pm I can put you in touch with the Spooners.
