I'm sorry but it is pretty obvious that it is not a practical Truck engine, The drive to the truck that it is powering is presumably through a cassette gearbox in the base of the engine and then into a Power take off but because of its bulk the prime mover has only enough load space for a wheel and tyre,

Yeah, and just imagine trying to jump start it too :haha: Mind you, you would have to have webbed feet to do it, and an aversion to green kryptonite!
