How to make a RC Tank ?

Hello,
And after some of month of search, I'm going for make a RC Tank.
I have a 3D Printer, some of tools, an Arduino UNO Mainboard, some of DC Motors ...
I printed some of tracks, gears, a little "torsion bars suspension", some of springs ...
I think I will make an all terrain tracked vehicule, but What is your method ? Material, with or without 3D Printer ...
Could you tell me ?
And what is the sort of suspension you will recomand me for a MAX 2Kg tracked vehicule ?
