What is the correct track tension for a Tamiya KT?

I used this picture for reference when track tensioning that old Tamiya KT I've been working on off and on for two and a half years now.
^ This is not my KT, this is one I found online.
Is this about right to work without problems over most terrain? I don't plan on heavy off-roading / mudding, just pavement and mowed grass operation.
