Hi Guys, the Chally is STILL IN THE HOUSE lol and I'm adding bits to it. Now my dilemma is do I weather it or do I keep it clean ? I know some luv the weathering and some luv the clean look.............my gut feeling now is to keep it clean but soooooo unsure  Still have lots of detailing to do to the rear grills and stuff so I'm going to spend a few evenings to sort that out......... :haha:

Looking good.

I'm of the mind modern should be clean, maybe some diesel soot and grease marks etc.

Hi, I have the same dilemma with my M1A2. I must find a way to get rid of the overall shiny look without making it look dirty. I am thinking of doing some trials first but planning on using MIG Jimenez Sand pigments applied to the overall tank, with a little bit darker tone in the lower areas, then covered with a light coat of satin varnish to keep the pigments in place. I never did it on such large scale.
