Hi There.
You can upload a small program free, on the web which is easy to use, for resizing pics its called(photosizer).
it solved all my problems.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for but:
Sign up for an online photo hosting service, they're frequently free.
("PhotoBucket" or "TinyPic" are popular ones.)
Pick the pic you want to post online & send it to the site (upload it). Usually just copy/paste or drag.
The site will usually resize for you. Sometimes you have to pick a size. try 640X480 or 800X800
When you want to post on a website:
go to the photo host.
Find the pic you want, right click on it.
click on the "share picture" tab. (It will frequently highlight the line of text) If it doesn't right click again highlight by dragging & type (CONTROL-C) It should say "copied".
go to this site & open a "POST REPLY" (not quick reply).
Type you text, when you come to the place where you want the pic to go click on the button over the typing window that says "Img" (9th from the left).
A box opens, or you'll see (img)(/img) but with square brackets, your text should be in between them, if it isn't
Place your cursor in the box & type (CONTROL-V) The box should fill with the copied text.
hit (ENTER).
save the post.

What type of tablet? If it's an iPad you can simply mail the picture to yourself from the 'photos' app., and that allows you to specify the size you wish it to be 'sent' and 'saved' in. Next save the resized file to a convenient location. Then, you point the Rctw uploader
at the file location of your resized pic on your tablet. Just ensure that it's saved in 'Jpeg' format.
The same principle can be applied on Win 10 based tablets, except there's no 'save' option for pics in the mail app. (Another reason why I think Windows 10 is utter c**p.. :-< )
But you can use the screen capture tool and the Paint program to capture, and then resize and save images.
All of this can be done without going through some third party online source...with all the attendant ads etc., All the images I post here come direct from the iMac/ iPad/ iPhone or Win10 laptop
I happen to be using.
Good luck.
