Had a little play with the GoPro on the Tiger today at the B.A.D meet, quite pleased with the results!

That's a real good looking Battlefield you guys have got there. I just love FPV. Have you seen any of the stuff I did with the Mobius? With that I can not only record video but drive fpv with goggles on at the same time.

Pretty impressive!

This could also be a handy means (if you taped a syringe to the barrel) of delivering a timely insulin shot to any BAD members in need

..or a mini vodka bottle in a 1/16 bucket!
Does your GoPro also have an anti-shock style gimbal mounting?

Thanks for the comments guys

I just have the standard basic accessories for the GoPro at present, but I made this particular mount at work, I wanted something strong enough to take the camera and hold it in place, but also discreet enough that it doesn't look daft with the camera removed.

Fine brace of tanks you have there.

They have that Taigen 'metal' model (Pro) look about them. The beauty of the Go Pro (my son has one, and we use if for slo-mo down on his Swiss rifle range) is it's compactness; not to mention superb video quality, of course. Even in place on the tank, it doesn't look any more obtrusive than an IR mushroom. If anything, less so. It almost looks like an external MG mount, and wouldn't look out of place on the Sherman for that reason.
