RC Tank Warfare community hobby forum

When I send a PM to a member it sometimes is sent right away and shows sent in sent messages folder but other times it goes to outbox and does not show in sent messages folder but is in the outbox. Does this mean messages are being delayed and sitting in outbox until at some later time they are sent out? Anyone explain this as it seems random, if message goes instantly and shows as sent or goes to outbox and hangs around in outbox?

Stays in outbox until the receiver of the message see's it and decides to view it.
