DKLM Leo 2 Chassis and Tamiya Electronics?

Question?

Is the DKLM Chassis for the Tamiya Leopard 2 compatible with the Tamiya Electronics; specifically the motor control?

dual 550 gearbox will not work with Tamiya L2 electronic, but will work with say the PDSGB gearbox.
