Clark TK22 or TK24

Post by gisalook »

Hi guys I'm thinking of getting a Clark board but I need to know witch one. I do like that the 24 has neutral gear so you can rev the tank.

For sure take a look at the tk 24. It has way better sound management that the tk22.

If you have even a little more funds, look at the latest Clark board, the TK60.

If you contact me ( pm ) I can give you a price tag on a board , since I stock them  ( Located in Norway )

Not sure what tank you are looking to put it into, but here are a few sound clips

Hi thanks for that. The sound is very good. What sort of price are we talking about for the 60 for my Tiger 1.

Adrian the CLARK board is a winner as are the IBU2 and 3 and the ASP BUT you do have to remember that whatever aftermarket board you buy you need to budget for a New Transmitter and Receiver And I would suggest at least 6 channels with at least one rotary control for the sound (Turnigy and Flysky fit rotary controls), and If you can get one with "TANK" software preloaded that is a big plus.

I have run both the tk22 & tk24 and once I met Maxmekker he set me up with a tk60 for my Tiger and it is by far the best of the three in my opinion. I have a tk22 with an external amplifier my tk60 doesn't need it. Hope this helps Image

Although it is larger than the tk22&24 the footprint is compact enough to give me plenty of space I side to run a large speaker in an enclosure

You will like the TK 24 it has some nice sound the neat feature is the neutral gear and the running of the engine I have this feature on two of my king tigers and it's very neat to shift and I rev the engine

The Smokers proportional and you'll see the exhaust kick up and slow down as you rev the motor should be much fun for you you definitely want to get a good speaker I know tank bear will get you set up properlyImage

Once you get the electronic set up post the video so we can see your progress and get to enjoy along with youImage
