I am picturing the scene...Cold War...the Wall goes up...the rebel forces in Berlin decide to launch a fight back...deep in an abandoned warehouse work begins on the Legendary Battle Bus... 8O

Righto, added a MG shield, some decals, number plates, flag, first aid internal box and lid, jack or starting handle and of course the obligatory bucket.

Where did you find the vw bus? I'm very interested in building up one myself. You did a great job on the mg shield by the way.....

Looks great , I think high command should issue an order to fit armoured spats over the wheels.

I got it from Ebay: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/GERMAN-VW-CAM ... Swal5YFiuB For that price I thought it worth just having some fun :D And thank you, I wanted the shield to look really worn, almost like it came off something else.

Thanks guys, appreciate the great words and really pleased you like my DAK bus :) As for side skirts, the poor little engine wouldn't be able to move the thing :D
