Hello Community,

I'd like to introduce myself here. My name is Peter, I am from Austria and not the youngest anymore- but I think, also not the oldest here :D
My interests in RC tanks started many years ago. I wanted to buy a second motorcycle, but unfortunately, someone just bought it before I could. So I needed some replacement and bought my first RC tank, a Tokyo Marui Abrams. I had much fun with this model, but after some time I found out that WW2 models are much more interesting. This interests started after I bought my second model, a HL Walker Bulldog.

My main focus is on the many versions of the M4 Sherman, meanwhile I have the following models, more or less original faithful:
Sherman Firefly
M4A2 (76) W (with Nick Aguilar Turret)
T34 Calliope (Rocket Launcher self built with support of the handicapped workshop St. Pölten)
M4 (A2, A3?) (75) W Sherman (no modifications on a Torro Sherman Profi Edition)
M10 Wolverine (in production)

And also:
HL Jagdpanther (construction project)
HL Panzer III M
Taigen Panzer IV F2 (with side skirts)
HL M26 Pershing

My other hobbies are photography, photoshop, riding my Speed Triple and many things more. Also sometimes, when the weather is bad (and my wife let me) I play video games like War Thunder.

Hope on fruitful discussions here.

Regards,
Peet

Many thanks for the warm welcome- and it is nice to see that here are more Shermanophiles than in the German Forums- they seem to like Tigers&Co more than anything else :D
@Rad: no, I am not near Graz, I live in the center of Lower Austria. Also, most of my tanks aren't able to battle due to different modifications. I'd like to make videos of these tanks, after I have all the hardware I will start to do so. Meanwhile I could only provide you with some tests I did a few week ago:

Well I do not battle too... Mostly due to lack of enemies. I Cant believe I can not find anybody with tanks in Steiermark... Anyway I dont need to battle, but I would be more than happy just to have somebody to run my tanks with.

You did a nice video :)

Well, I know one guy who bought 3 tanks 2 years ago- a Panzer III, a Pershing and a Tiger. His nickname is Waldfee, everyone who knows him call him by his name. But I am not sure if he drives his tanks- but he is from the surroundings of Graz. He also played Airsoft for a long time.

Maybe you know him

Im afraid I dont know him. It would be nice if he wants to play.

Please tell him that I created a facebook group about rc tankers in steiermark. Its name is: Rc tanks / panzers steiermark.

But I think the group needs to have at least 10 members for appraring in the searchs.

EDIT: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1669513060007007/

Of course everybody is welcome to the group.
