Custom tank commander and crew figures?

How could i get custom made tank commander and crew figures like the ones on this build that i found on google images?

The moriarty and Turk figures are a couple that I did a few years ago..unfortunately the molds for those are long gone...

That sucks, i should of been more specific, I didnt mean i wanted the same figures that are in the picture, i meant figures of that type, the "half body" type of figure, and a figure that looks like the the tank commander i have in mind.
