Craftsmanship....

In the annals, or archives of RCTW, and mists of time.. there are many examples of superb..and dedicated.. (some might say obsessive
) craftsmanship. Some are inspiring, others- a tad daunting maybe, for the cheery, optimistic novice. Above all, though, they're something to goggle at, admire.. and dare to imitate... like this example I found on Youtube, of a drool worthy Bergepanther from a
non-RCTW source:
Never mind the irritatingly triumphant background music, just feast the peepers
on the details.
I also found this exponent of tanks from 1/16 to 1/4 scale using cutting edge technology (literally..and lasers in this case), steel plate, brass etc., and CAD:
https://www.stahlpanther.de/bilder-1.html if you're not up on the Anglo-Saxon's sister language, German, (more a distant cousin these days..
)just click on 'Bilder' and 'Aufbau".
In turn, Michael Weissbrot, the maestro behind these models is a member of this worthy group:

Or, in short:
http://www.rag-modellbau.de
I imagine they also have heated discussions over the respective merits of models.
But then, it's obviously a spur to competitive creativity, judging by the results,,and to be expected..even welcomed?
