In MOST cases, there are always exceptions however, when I think of Heng Long tanks I think of 1/16 scale tanks. I believe the Hugine are 1/20 scale.

Check the pics carefully - several tanks seem to have very similar lower hulls.....

Good morning,
Hugine is a distributor for several brands of armor and construction equipment. I believe that their mode of operation is to buy up a ton of stuff directly from the factory, re-label ( in some cases ) and sell on the Web. I'm not sure what kind of after sale support that you might get in the case of a problem. We have wonderful, tried and tested Vendors here who are members of the Forum as well. You can buy from these folks and rest assured of continued interest in you and your purchase after the funds have hit their bank accounts. Look for Forgebear and Welsh Dragon in the UK and RCTank.de and Axels Modelbau in Germany just to name a few.
regards and good fortune,
Painless

Thank you for your timely intervention Painless,
You saved me from pointing out a way of avoiding pitfalls that end in pain, it also means that I can now mention my own dealings with "TANKZONE",
They owe me £400 and have done from way back, it does appear that they have got their act together but I will not be going near them any time soon.,
This Forum is the complete answer to matters concerning R/C Armour with an emphasis on 1/16 and when I say complete that means the safe purchase of your Tank and its ancillaries are part of the deal.
The names that Painless has given are just some of the trusted dealers we can point you toward,
I do wish you would ask us first and save yourselves both money and frustration.
Shaun.

Both the Flippers and Budgie smugglers are in good order but my Wet Suit seems to be shrinking,
