I have the heng long m26 pershing and I want tone up gun it to the t26a4 without the armour
I do have the metal gun upgrade for it but not sure how to do it

I've done this with a HL M26. I was just swapping out the stubby HL barrel for a correct metal, one off barrel made for me by a fellow named Alpha. The concept is sound and will work with a Super Pershing length barrel as well. You will need some Tamiya mantlet parts to make this work and look good. Here is a link to the build. Cheers for that I'm just doing the basic switch the guns as there isn't much to do with it

Could use an old fishing rod to get the profile you want without buying one from an overseas manufacturer.
