Looking at the photo, there do appear to be pins recessed in the circle on the track links. There should be a something similar on the inside of the track. Have you tried driving one of these apparent pins out from the inside?

you can also pop the cap off the front sprocket undo the bolt and then pop off the sprocket with the tracks in tact

Get yourself a 2.4gig radio kit. They are cheap, and a far cry better than your current internsls.
Also, easy to fit.
Should you later decide to move on from the Pantiger, the radio can be transplanted as required to perhaps upgrade another tank that has the olde RX18 set up, so nothing lost.
Your pan will run better, have sound, and still be the cost effective entry level tank to get you into the hobby.

thank you both for that bit of info ;)
Before I get into trouble again can I say what I'm saying in this section :{ :{
I was thinking about looking for a sec hand Tiger that way I would have spares should I brake some thing :{

this is going to sound silly there's 2 Tigers on evilbay that I'm looking at and that could solve lots of problems but I'm also thinking buy a HL new Tiger and be done with it with or with out metal this and that :)

o- So do I buy a £80+ from Nitroteck or some where else that could be cheaper

I now know that there's some thing wrong with the £30 cheepy it's dose not like to turn L/R :{

as for the PAN TIGER I found a spring in the TX unit any one like to say where it goes it might be the reason the tank is not turning to good

or the Carpet is the problem
