Blacklist policy

Please only use this forum to highlight a situation that has gone seriously wrong, or where you have personally suffered very poor customer service.

If you paid by Paypal you should be able to get a refund.
If you paid by credit card you should be able to get a refund.
If you paid by debit card there is a scheme to get a refund, your bank will advise you on whether your purchase qualifies.

If a Vendor has stayed in contact with you and is trying to resolve the problem then that does not qualify them for an entry in the blacklist.

If you are having issues with a product then your first port of call is the Vendor, be polite, and be patient. It goes a long, long way. :thumbup:

The Blacklist will be cleaned every 6-12 months. It is not in the interests of this forum to tarnish someone's business in 2016 for upsetting a customer in 2013. If a Vendor is really that bad and we get a large number of current posts about them then they may stay on the list.
