I wouldn't stu. However you can use things like money gram to send money from places like tescos. Tbh your best bet is find a mate you can transfer the money to who can send it via PayPal.

Please find a way to use the PayPal thing Mr Canned, it's a lot safer and less likely to end in disappointment
