brass to plastic

hi have got brass grills for my jagdpanther would loctite super glue gel stick brass to plastic also the mantlet is to high as someone pointed out does anybody know how much cut off

Hi Superglue is what I use for sticking metal to plastic plastic to plastic in fact I love the stuff.

super glue is fine for sticking metal to plastic but with the grills you will see it I used fine wire to connect it to my jt you can see it in the build section.

I use GS hypo cement that was recommended to me by a model railway enthusiast at work

i just use supe glue as i dont plan on hanging anything from the grill

and yes it was me tha mantel is way too high  i still have not worked out how much too high ... but maybe as much as 7 mm ...... just ned to sit down and do some measureing .... or ask the get who is building the tamiya JP to measure the hight of his

i already cut 8mm off mantlet am now remodelling with filler if it goes wrong does anybody have a spare one  :D
