Taigen Panther track hitting upper rear area

I hadn't really run this new Taigen Panther just loading it up with acoustic smoke unit..sounds etc
but then I noticed the right track was riding rough..kept checking things until noticed not enough clearance on one side- rear track above the idler was hitting. Managed to trim away the plastic above the rear idler without any harm ..but just a heads up to look at that area if you notice anything running rough.
