Quick question..can the tamiya lighting circuit be used for LEDs?

If it's meant to run incandescent bulbs it can but you will heed to add resisters in line to drop the voltage down for the LED to work and not just burn out in a big flash.

Almost forgot, unlike incandescent bulbs LED's have a + and - side so if hooked up the wrong way they will not light up.
