I have a tamiya tiger 1 and I have stripped it down and am re-finishing It.
My ? Is spare track hangers on the turret. The turret roof lifts off for access.
I am going to use magnets to secure it. I haven't got track hangers yet.
Any advice on attaching them so the turret lid can still be removed and any brand
Recommendations?

I just looked at my tammy tiger and my late taigen one that has the track hangers already on it. The hangers on the taigen are just sitting on the first edge on the top of the turret and the top of the Tamiya tiger comes off on the inside of this same edge so the hangers should work and you should be able to get the top off the turret. I am not sure on a brand of hanger? Don't know if the Taigen ones can be bought separate or not?

Do you have a photo of the taigen ones?
You can buy it separately but the photo on their web page
