This is my first tank build, although I've done a couple of Tamiya RC trucks before.
Great fun, really enjoyed it and went up into the woods today to get some nice photos!

I haven't decided how to display these yet...........250 0.5" spent caliber shell cases that I made from 1mm brass rod = my kids think I'm nuts

Very, very well done Sherman there! I love a Sherman build and this one is a classic. Sunglasses are an extra sweet, added touch. I completely understand the 'nuts' comment. ;o)

Love a good Sherman, nice work on the stowage!

I really like this Sherman....Mostly because of the Simplicity of it....the commander is outstanding...the photos are Terrific ...A Sherman on recon patrol is the story I read into it

The shell casings.....You're not Nuts....You're Crazy ...I did less than a Dozen or so of those for Painless....thought that was Nuts....You've gone far beyond that ....So not quite Insane...think Crazy is about right ..............

By the way...Painless is not a Woman....Maxene is the Name of one of his Shermans
