Hi All.
I could do with some advice on the wiring of the above items.
My latest project is kv1 to kv2, and the new turret is equipped with barrel recoil and a light in the barrel end.
great. BUT. the plugs, of course are different to that of h/l.
can anyone help me on the way to mate up the two.
My board is a new ibu2. so I need to be carefull so not to fry anything.
there are two five pin and one three pin plus a single sheathed line ?
they have upped the quality and gismos. and it looks fine,
but I would like to get as much working as possible,
I will not be using a smoker, or i.r. if that helps.
Cheers Wads. :S

Hi Michael.
Thanks for the link, but I am working from a ibu2 board , which is far removed from the old rx18 board, as I understand it.
It will have to be the old method of t@l.
Cheers Wads. but thanks all the same.

I have the same KV1 to KV2 to do this conversion on. I'm also using an IBU2.

If you re-wire the turret wiring to go to a RX18, it will plug straight in to the IBU with no problems.

Hi Mike.
Thanks for the message,
I am wiring the torro into an ibu2 board, or trying to.
The last torro turret I put on a kvi chassis was not so well equipped. no barrel flash no recoil. and I could not get it all to work. and that was into an old rx18 board.
I have isolated both the smoke an i.r. wires as I will not be using either. I like to keep things simple. and smoke oil is
a pig to deal with. so I am left with a 5 pin and a 3pin, plugs, and I am hoping that they wil go into the 8pin socket.
but which end the three pin goes in the 8pin socket I do not know.
any help would be welcome.
Cheers Wads.
