Thank you sir!
This build has taught me that to recreate in miniature one has to use the same engineering "thoughts" of the original plus the how to using the available materials. I find figuring out what materials will work to be the most challenging then the execution.

It still blows my mind that this can be achieved with apparent ease.
Herman,
You've hit the nail on the head so to speak. I have treated each area of the build as just that a model within itself. As for the "apparent ease" some of it
is simple but
very time consuming and some is
very complex and
very time consuming. It all challenges me and keep the "little gray cells" active!

This isn't a model, it's a series of models all put together on a three dimensional canvas

Barry, your work is no longer a model but an art or craft territory. I think that you can reproduce such a very precise structure because you know the structure and function of each part in the actual tank. I pay tribute to your efforts, patience and amazing skills to examine them and make them exactly as models.

Thank you very much sir!
Knowing your subject's as you say " structure and function" is I find very important in being able to recreate it in miniature.
