Hi Alpha.
All sold on ebay. so I am starting again.
My aim is to build a jukenburg a7v w.w.1 tank.
when I have saved up enough loot !!
Yes I found, with a lot of help, an easy way to get them on,
now to improve the lighting and background in the flat.
Any blue on the pics is actually dark green.
Cheers Wads.

If the blue bits are dark green, what colour are the dark green bits ?

The A7v could look really amazing though...with the proviso that it must be painted in black & white/monochrome as per surviving photos. It's well known that WW1 was fought in monochrome

When a blue and black dress can appear gold and white on the net, I wouldn't worry too much about a few blue (or is it gold?) blotches, Wads!!!

Hi .
Thanks for the run through,
The blue is dark grn, acrylic brushed on. the other greens are acrylic spray, humbrel, rust is car under coat and the black is car
matt blk.
does that compute !!
Cheers Wads.

WOW...that was quite a few tanks you had before....Not a bad thing to start over though...it kind of keeps the Adventure "Fresh"
That WW1 tank is going to be a tough one....Jukenburgs are usually cast to be "static" kits...think the hardest thing to RCing it will be finding tracks...it's possible though...Sassgrunt did one...a Marvelous job as well...it's a take on the Indiana Jones Tank...the tracks were meant for a Dozer or something...but they were perfect

I have some of those color problems in photos myself. When I did the Panzer IV the rust looked great to the naked eye but in photos it really popped and was quite red.
I love the Flakpanzer. Very cool. Have you seen my American "paper panzer" of the M41 anti aircraft tank?

and here is my fleet. I always call the Pantiger "mighty" because it has all the metal upgrades like 4:1 gearboxes, metal sprockets, idlers and tracks. Recently I added 360 turret, track tensioner, metal spring arms and road wheels to it. It's now very heavy. I will soon add one more Tiger 1 to my fleet too.

Hi All.
thanks for the comments,
Sadly as for the a7v, I was looking into getting, it is a bridge too far. at the moment, toooooo expensive, when all was finished I would have been looking at around £450 ish, and on a pension, that can wait !! sorry.
I will leave it to some rich bitch to forefill my dream.
More later .
Cheers Wads.
