removing hand -made zim

dear all
got the parts from canned heat (cheers mate !) and am now converting my pan-tiger to a tiger 1 early.i think i'm gonna add sound to it but 1st of all need to remove the zim. what's the best way please anyone ? i will also need some parts.tow ropes,rear mudguards, and if i can find some cheap metal gearbox and tracks,metal front hatches too ! haven't decided if this tank is gonna be built on one particular tank.
