Hello every one newb rc tanker here. I saw a post on here about recoil bb been made by some shop any site address for that please thx.also if and when i decide to put ir on my tank does the apple have to go in the cupola since a tiger could only be beat by a shell in the ass of the turrett or by it self from breakdowns shouldnt the apple be at the back off the turrett thx marv

I think it is Taigen who sell the recoiling airsoft tiger.
Idea with the IR is to make the game fair, IR travels in straight lines (and bounces off some surface) this is not like a real shell. If your IR is to the tamiya code the tiger is classed as a heavy tank and can take 9 hits before been destroyed, compared to a t34 or Sherman been a medium and only taking 5 hits to be destroyed.
The putting sensors in specific locations like you mentioned has come up before and yes although realistic it unfair advantage to someone else running as per the tamiya rules (Apple in the turret) and the result is people complaining your cheating.
Ian.

Hey Marv, welcome aboard from the D.
I have an airsoft recoil Tiger turret that I'm currently fitting to my tank, what do you want to know? If it's specifically the Tiger one you're looking for you can buy one here
They also have metal turrets for more money, and it comes in both Tiger One early and mid/late versions. Here's a video, but since I took this I found and fixed the "glitch" so don't worry about that. Right now I've got it in dunkelgelb and I still have to do the olivgrun and decals before it goes on the S33.
Now, shame on you for getting my hopes up like that, Buddy. On the very western edge of the great megopolis that is Detroit there's a quaint little town called Plymouth, so when I saw your tank club thread I got kinda worked up with joy for just a minute there, until I realized where I was and that you probably meant the original Plymouth. Oh well, if you ever make it to the Plymouth on this side we'll have lots of fun. I have a pretty good village started out back and you can check it out at the same youtube channel as the video above.
So welcome aboard, Marv, can't wait to see photos of your tank(s).
