only one known tiger II sported this style of camo called ( the octopus camo )

Would just like to say at this piont that I hate you,just when I decided on a camo scheme for my kt you go and open up the flood gates
what am I to do although I do like the octopus hmmm thinks hmmm

I think this will have to be done, no battalion markings or insigna or nubers at all just the camo? oz

thats right mate no markings at all, from what i remember it came straight out of the factory at kassel and broke down after a couple of miles,
the numbers you can just see on the turret were probably painted on by the allied/Russian forces as a way of counting abandoned enemy tanks (there seems to be 3 or 4 numbers) if they weren't AND! they are factory numbers then the tank could be in red oxide primer with the octopus camo on top of it, the other pic ( the original ) shows the swastika painted on again probably by the allies/Russians to show it as a German tank..........tony.

Thanks for the info oz I do think it will have to be done I assume it is the dark yellow and olive?
