Hello to everyone here. I'm new in this site but visited several times in the past and been lurking around.I have been doing scale models for a long time particularly tanks in 1/35th and 1/72nd. This also includes plane and helis. I have also a lot of time doing nitro cars, monster trucks and powerboats. My main interest is in armours specifically cold war tanks to present day. Currently living in Hastings, East Sussex England and working full time as a Medical Doctor in General and Geriatric Medicine NHS. Other job includes a full time father and family man. Trying something new with RC tanks (hopefully to get my first one before Christmas), people here are nice and very helpful. Hope to get to know the world of RC tanks more. Good feeling to join here.

Welcome to the Forum, My first plea is do please go to the "BLACKLIST" and read what to avoid, you will see names with which you may be familier but trust us you cannot trust them! >:<
And then on to the "Recommended dealers list where may be found the stalwarts of our hobby, I would offer a word of warning, make sure the dealer that has gained your interest is a recent entry.
I guarantee you will have questions, we encourage them and yes we have almost certainly heard them before but the question will be new to you, SO ASK!!! B|
And if you know stuff please do tell us and finally being incredibly wealthy is a great advantage :haha: :haha:     shaun

Thank you for the warm welcome gents!

Scalawag, good to hear from somebody so close! As well as fellow colleague in the NHS! I'm here at Conquest most of the time! I don't get that much rest. LOL!
