No that lead doesn't get hooked up. If its not shooting you may need to check the settings, if I remember right the recoil settings have to do with the gun timing. Ian can help out a lot more then I can, but that 2 wire plug is left unplugged.

Yep that's correct.

In the setup file its tamiya recoil timing=500 change this to 1500 and test if it fires twice reduce number. (Number = milliseconds)

Ian.

Glad to help, equally glad I remembered correctly. Hope I was able to help you, I love my IBU2's they're SO much better then the stock electronics.

I never did get my KT to time correctly, just kinda gave up. But I don't shoot the BB's often enough or in any kind of combat that it would matter anyway. Its like every 5th time the gun doesn't shoot but then the next time its dead on perfect and then slowly gets out of time till the 5th time again and nothing.

Thanks TankBear. I assume changes are made on computer with the lil card. If so, I need to rejuvenate my human batteries before I tackle that step. I need to read up on that topic. Don't know what I need to read the card.
Jackalope, I agree IBU@ is a world of difference with the options available and the upgrade in sounds...amp n speakers. Interesting phenomena that develops.... change one thing and then you need to change another which in turns begs for another mod to be performed.

Loved the sound so I bought a pair of MATO speakers since I can only get one Visaton in the beast. Then I was playing around with a phone receiver speaker that had volume control..HMMM put that thing up front and the machine gun and shell dropping sounds are wicked!!

Followed guide lines on dual smokers, switch at receiver to build up smoke in one before crankup. Still tweaking to be done cause other smoker isn't smokin'. Did rebuild the mufflers for some tubing.........ahhhh. SEE WHAT I MEAN!!!!! it doesn't end. Thank goodness its not a 63 Ford Galaxie I couldn't bare it money wise and the heat 98.
WHEW!! O"Neal

O'Neal, I'm running 2 sets of Mato speakers in my King Tiger and it sounds awesome. Did you opt for the amp card that has separate engine and gun sound speakers? Its very helpful to have separate volume control for the guns and engine.

I got the amp and speakers from TankBear with the IBU2 It has a sound card which I am holding as I type I saw your setup which the whole layout is "PRIMO" hope to do something similar with the Mato units. I've pretty much stolen all the mods that you, Kaiser, TanBear and Jarndice have done(missed someone) I had these visions of what I wanted to do and then.....BAM!!... yall were doing them! Now I am going to see what this soundcard pc reader thing is that I need in order to doodle with the vibes! I am proud of tearing the old phone apart and salvaging "things"
