Simon, Most years we go to the Indian Ocean/ Mauritous/ Maldives/Seychelles for a months Scuba diving,
And at the end of the day we would go back to our air-conditioned Hotel where we could eat, relax and sleep and in the morning get up refreshed and ready to go find great Whites!!! No Not really Honest!.
At the end of the month we would fly home and It almost always coincided with the one week in the year when Britain had a "Heatwave" and we couldnt sleep we felt drained, the lady from whom all wonders flow would start complaining about headaches and so a few years ago I thought that this was madness, the local "Homebase was having a sale on Air -conditioners so money changed hands and now we can at last really enjoy those rare "HOT" British summers  The reason 120 people fainted at Wimbledon was because Andy Murray has progressed to the next round of the competition! :haha: :haha: shaun

Keep cool, drink plenty of water and stay out of the sun.
Air conditioning if you can.
In Australia we know what hot summers are like, so our thoughts are with you.
Hope everyone stays well.
Cheers
