I just sold this old girl to a nice couple here in the States. So before I pack her up for shipment, I wanted to do a quick thread. There are some cool and hidden qualities about the old WSN T34's. If you have one of these, check it out, you might be surprised. This tank has a ton of detail from being derived directly from a Trumpeter\WSN large scale kit. I always wondered how many more sales they would have made if they had taken a few more steps towards the 'RC' direction with their motor and turret mechanisms. It was always my intention to swap the lower with it's fragile suspension components for a robust metal lower from Taigen but time and the need for space ( along with the release of the excellent all metal T34 ) have changed my mind. Pics.

P.S. The periscopes on the turret top rotate as well ;o)

I have one of those 'orrible T34s as well.

I am planning to let my Armortek Panther 'play' with it when it is up and running again.

It should turn it back into a kit of parts.

Afternoon, Swampy,
The detail is great and some guys have used the Taigen and HL lower to make a sweet running, hybrid T34. The original suspension is too soft and suffers from plastic deformation ( as you already know, I bet ). I've had mine up on a display block for years. That's been the only thing to keep the suspension in shape. The rubber tire wheels and tracks have been great. This tank has always been good on long grass just way too fast with the weird controller and gears.
regards,
Painless
