Phill's late Tiger1

Thought I would post my progress. Still lots to do but I'm getting there! I binned the H/L lower hull and replaced it with an Asiatam unit......what a difference! I'll also in time replace the T/U's with Impact items. I'm still waiting on the new recoil unit and barrel from rctank.de, so I can get the turret finished.

looking good phill ,there is some nice detail in this build, i see youve done the rear mushroom as well,

It's around 95% finished. I still have to add some more details and do a little more weathering. The camo nets also need some work!

Hi Phill ,
An excelent tank well done . Can I ask does the recoil unit work on the old RX13 HL boards or incase I change it any HL board . Im runing the HL S&S Tiger 1. Is there a lot of wireing ?

the recoil unit will work with all three HL boards because it use the same feed to the BB gun to power the recoil and muzzle flash, the only extra wire is the negative return back to the battery

My Tiger uses Elmod gear, so I couldn't really comment. Thanks to Brel for the answer.

Thanks for that .I just keep finding more to do to this late war Tiger 1 Ive altered the loaders hatch to late war version , need to add the centeral seam to the turret top . Good job there not waiting for it on the front line ! . Is there a lot of wiring work sorry for the questions ?
