Bristol Armoured Division
Sunday 14th June
Scout Hut Meet at Temple Combe
The Scout Hut, Templecombe, BA8.
viewtopic.php?f=198&t=14381&start=40
We seem to have a number of interested tankers, and may well have Simon of Greens Models with some of his Cross RC trucks there too.
Gates open at 10am, Temple Combe is about 40 mins south of Bristol, in the glorious English countryside.
The cost of the hall hire will be split between attendees, so £30 divided between us.
If you have never been to a meet then make a note in your diary, we will try to make this a monthly get together.
See you there!

John and myself are leaving here about nine so should be there when the doors open. I can bring a couple of packets of biscuits, and coffee and sugar, but is there a kettle?

First meet completed, and an enjoyable time was had by all. Many thanks to Andy for finding this place. Huge hall, kitchen and loo's, tables and chairs etc, park outside of the door, and a nice carpeted floor. As an added bonus there is a very flat field at the rear that is perfect for running tanks in, it couldn't be better from an RC tanking perspective.
Took some pics, and if the video camera worked, I will post up some footage later.
Looking forward to the next one.
